1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Return/Exchange
At Petfido, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with our products. Therefore, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility (Which Products Can Be Returned)

| Dog Treats/Chews (Edible Goods) | ❌ NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE | Due to health and safety regulations, all edible items (such as treats, food, and chews) are non-returnable once delivered, even if unopened. |
| Accessories (Leashes, Toys, Brushes, etc.) | ✅ YES | The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. |
| Damaged/Wrong Item Received | ✅ YES | If you receive a broken, damaged, or incorrect item. |
3. Non-Returnable Items (Items Not Accepted for Return)

Any item not returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange (The Process)

Required Information: In your email, please include your Order Number, Item Name, and the Reason for Return/Exchange.

Proof of Damage: If the item was received damaged, please attach clear photos of the item and its packaging.
5. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will notify you via email.

Your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
