1. Order Processing and Delivery Timeframe
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the following Monday.
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to be delivered, depending on your location.
Total Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 4 to 9 business days from the date of placing your order for delivery.
2. Shipping Charges
We use the most reliable courier services to ensure your pet products reach you safely.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders with a total value of ₹499 and above.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹499, a flat rate of ₹70 will be charged.
3. Service Area
Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to track your order.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Damaged/Incorrect Items
We pack all our products with utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please take photos of the package and the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately at
