1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Return/Exchange

 

At Petfido, we want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with our products. Therefore, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

2. Eligibility (Which Products Can Be Returned)

 

Product Category Return/Exchange Eligible? Condition
Dog Treats/Chews (Edible Goods) ❌ NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE Due to health and safety regulations, all edible items (such as treats, food, and chews) are non-returnable once delivered, even if unopened.
Accessories (Leashes, Toys, Brushes, etc.) ✅ YES The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Damaged/Wrong Item Received ✅ YES If you receive a broken, damaged, or incorrect item.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items (Items Not Accepted for Return)

 

  • All Dog Treats, Food, and Chews.

  • Any item not returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Items returned after the 7-day limit.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange (The Process)

 

  1. Contact Us: To start a return request, please email us at: petfido.vijman@gmail.com or WhatsApp us (on your registered number).

  2. Required Information: In your email, please include your Order Number, Item Name, and the Reason for Return/Exchange.

  3. Proof of Damage: If the item was received damaged, please attach clear photos of the item and its packaging.

 

5. Refunds

 

  • Once your return is approved, we will notify you via email.

  • Your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
